Enprise Group Preliminary Full Year Results 30 June 2026 - 31 August 2026
Chairman's Statement: FY2026 was a challenging year for the Group. Revenue grew 6% to $26.3 million, but this was not enough to offset cost pressures and a $1.08 million impairment of intangible assets, resulting in a net loss of $2.2 million, compared with a loss of $0.1 million in FY2025. The Board regards this result as unacceptable and has taken decisive action to reset the business for a return to sustainable profitability. The Group experienced a number of significant challenges including subdued market conditions in NZ and Australia. The Board has undertaken a comprehensive review of our strategic priorities, financial position and operating model to ensure Enprise is well positioned for the year ahead.
