Announcement: Appointment of Susie Stone as Non-Executive Director - 12 May 2025
Enprise Group (NZX: ENS) has appointed Susie Stone to its board as an Independent Non-Executive Director. Susie has 25+ years of senior management experience across the ANZ market spanning telecommunications services, IT managed operations, hosted cloud services, data centres, SAAS businesses, energy retail, and infrastructure investment.

Notice of On-Market Share Buyback (on 27 March 2025) - 28 March 2025
This notice is given under NZX Listing Rule 3.13.1 and section 65(2) of the Companies Act 1993 and relates to the acquisition of ordinary shares in Enprise Group Limited under the on-market share buy-back programme announced on 9 September 2024.
The Directors are pleased to present the half-year results for Enprise Group for the period ending 31 December 2024. The Group has delivered Total Comprehensive Income of $0.126m, up from a $0.860m loss in the previous corresponding period (unaudited). This is a very pleasing result given the economic headwinds in both New Zealand and Australia. Revenue for the period increased to $12,517m from $10,328m YoY or 21.2% as a result of positive sales performance across the Group, in particular Kilimanjaro – the largest entity. The Group balance sheet strengthened, continuing the trend from the FY24 performance.
Clarification of Auditor - 04 February 2025
Enprise Group Limited (NZX : ENS) advised the market that it had changed its auditor on 30th June 2023. Vikas Gupta of UHY Haines Norton was appointed as the auditor.
