Enprise Group Fifth on Absolute IT Scale-Ups List in 2025 TIN Report - 18 November 2025
Technology Investment Network (TIN) has ranked Enprise Group fifth in the top ten Absolute IT Supreme Scale-Ups in this year’s TIN Report. Enprise Group achieved fifth place on the Absolute IT Supreme Scale-Ups List due to $2.96M revenue growth. The results were announced at the 2025 TIN Report launch and awards event at The Cloud venue in Auckland on 5 November 2025.

Hi-tech software and services investment company Enprise Group (NZX: ENS) today released its unaudited financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2025. The Directors are pleased to report the Group achieved revenue of $24.97 million, an increase of 14% from $21.87 million in FY24. Operating profit improved to $57,000 (FY24: loss of $298,000), with a net profit after tax of $98,000 compared with a loss of $46,000 in the prior year. Basic earnings per share rose to 0.63c, reflecting the return to profitability. This result was driven by improved trading performance in both Kilimanjaro Consulting and iSell, as well as tight cost control across the Group. Our associates also showed progress, particularly Datagate, where revenue continues to grow strongly in the SaaS telecom billing space.

Susie has 25+ years of senior management experience across the ANZ market spanning telecommunications services, IT managed operations, hosted cloud services, data centres, SAAS businesses, energy retail, and infrastructure investment.

This notice is given under NZX Listing Rule 3.13.1 and section 65(2) of the Companies Act 1993 and relates to the acquisition of ordinary shares in Enprise Group Limited under the on-market share buy-back programme announced on 9 September 2024.
The Directors are pleased to present the half-year results for Enprise Group for the period ending 31 December 2024. The Group has delivered Total Comprehensive Income of $0.126m, up from a $0.860m loss in the previous corresponding period (unaudited). This is a very pleasing result given the economic headwinds in both New Zealand and Australia. Revenue for the period increased to $12,517m from $10,328m YoY or 21.2% as a result of positive sales performance across the Group, in particular Kilimanjaro – the largest entity. The Group balance sheet strengthened, continuing the trend from the FY24 performance.
Clarification of Auditor - 04 February 2025
Enprise Group Limited (NZX : ENS) advised the market that it had changed its auditor on 30th June 2023. Vikas Gupta of UHY Haines Norton was appointed as the auditor.
