Kilimanjaro Put Option Exercise Notice Received - 29 November 2019
Enprise Group Limited (NZX: ENS) has received an option to exercise the put option as per the deed dated 29 August 2017 and approved at the shareholders meeting on 27 October 2017. The directors have agreed to accept the put effective 1 January 2020 and will therefore take 100% ownership of Kilimanjaro Consulting Pty Limited from that date.
