We offer three flavours of cloud – there’s one to suit your needs and budget. You can also use a mix, depending on what’s right for your business. We help you choose. Use the Enprise Cloud to get all the advantages of moving to the cloud, while avoiding all the pitfalls.

Option 1: Host your software in the cloud

This is like having your own server in the cloud. It’s a hosted server with automated backups in a highly secure, Enprise-managed environment. You can run multiple software applications in this environment. A fixed monthly rental fee spreads your cashflow. There is no capital outlay. You save the cost of running your own IT department. Enprise takes responsibility for making sure ‘everything works’.

Option 2: Managed server environment

Access typical applications from a larger resource pool.  Instead of a single server it’s a complete cloud-based network infrastructure spread across multiple backend servers. Automated backups run in a highly secure, Enprise-managed environment. You can run multiple software applications in this environment. A fixed monthly rental fee spreads your cashflow. There is no capital outlay. You save the cost of running your own IT department. Enprise takes responsibility for making sure ‘everything works’.

Option 3: Software as a Service (SaaS)

This is how we deliver MYOB Advanced. You have your own highly secure shared environment provided by MYOB. Only certified Value Added Resellers (Enprise is one) can load software onto MYOB’s environment, and the software must be certified by MYOB.

Requirements: Your favourite device and an internet connection

You need only an access device (such as a PC, iPad, tablet or smartphone) and an internet connection to go to the Enprise-managed cloud.  We take responsibility for everything else.

Outsourcing your server and IT infrastructure to Enprise (options 1 and 2 above) is highly cost effective. Managing the complexity of servers and IT infrastructure is something we do every day – we're expert at it, and we don't waste a single dollar.
