Gina Tuzcet

Gina Tuzcet is an Enprise Group Non-Executive Director. Gina is a seasoned finance professional, with over 15 years of senior management experience in sectors spanning telecommunications services, manufacturing, health, retail, advertising, and marketing. She is currently employed as an investment manager for Nightingale Partners (a private equity firm based in Sydney, Australia, which is a substantial shareholder in Enprise Group), and is also serving as a Non-Executive Director and fractional CFO for Fabulate and fractional CFO for Predico and CFO for Zhik (all three of which are Nightingale Partners investments).
Gina brings significant financial and business skills to the Enprise Group board: in addition to her broad business background, which includes significant experience with mergers and acquisitions (M&A), restructuring and fund management, Gina is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds an MBA from the Australian Institute of Business.
