Enprise Group Limited (Enprise) is a high-tech software and services investment company that has two operating divisions:
- Kilimanjaro Consulting, a solution provider for MYOB enterprise software in Australia and New Zealand.
- iSell Pty Limited (iSell), a seller of cloud-based quoting systems (IT Quoter) under a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model used by the IT reseller market in Australia, New Zealand, UK and South Africa.
Enprise is invested in a joint venture, Datagate Innovation Limited (Datagate), a cloud telecom billing software solution designed for MSPs & UCaaS providers based in the USA, Canada, New Zealand, Australia and Europe. Datagate integrates with popular PSAs, tax engines, and accounting systems. Enprise holds 32.03% of Datagate.
Enprise also has an investment in Vadacom Holdings Limited, a VOIP telecommunications company.
Enprise Group's strategy for its investments is to unlock mutual synergies to accelerate growth for all. Vadacom and Kilimanjaro Consulting share a significant number of customers and have a similar target market. Datagate and iSell both target the same Managed Service Provider market and can link their sales and marketing functions to give each other sales introductions. Kilimanjaro Consulting leverages cloud skills and infrastructure resources across the Australian and New Zealand markets.
These interlocking characteristics are a hallmark of Enprise Group’s wider growth strategy.
Key reasons to invest
Enprise Group’s primary business is Kilimanjaro Consulting, MYOB’s largest enterprise implementation partner. Focussing on MYOB Acumatica, MYOB Exo and a range of third-party offerings, Kilimanjaro was recently announced as MYOB’s partner of the year. With over 100 employees across Australia and New Zealand, Kilimanjaro is the go-to implementer for companies wishing to efficiently and effectively install and maintain their business management systems. With a policy of Customer First and Best Partner Standing, Kilimanjaro supports around 350 Acumatica clients plus about 800 existing MYOB Exo clients. Kilimanjaro also offers hosting services to those clients who don’t wish to maintain their own servers. The MYOB Acumatica client base is growing rapidly, with the software recognised internationally as a leader in its class. Kilimanjaro has revenues of over $20 million per annum and is profitable at a standalone level.
Enprise Group also owns over 70% of iSell, a developer/provider of Quoting and Data Management tools for Managed Service Providers (MSPs), and has a strategic 32% stake in Datagate Innovation, a rapidly growing business providing Telecom/Data billing software to the MSP sector worldwide. Both iSell and Datagate own the world-leading SaaS they sell, providing Enprise with a useful balance to the dependency on the MYOB suite of software, where Kilimanjaro is a key reselling partner but does not own the software it sells.
Enprise is debt free and cash producing, funding the software development costs of iSell and Datagate from operations.
